For foundations, concealors or BB creams: if you feel the color is not the best match for you, we're happy to provide one (1) exchange free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can help you find the best color match.

Please note that the virtual mirror is intended as an indication only and depending on factors such a complexion and skin color, the physical product may appear differently in real life.

It is normal for palettes and individual powder-based products such as eyeshadows and blush to have some dusting around the outside of the container - this is not considered damage.

If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us and provide photographic evidence; we’ll replace that item for you free of charge. We’ll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.

We don't provide a refund for change of mind.

Yes! All of our products are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free meaning we don't use any animal products or animal derived ingredients (including no beeswax!) and we don't test on animals. We love our furry friends :)

Yes! All of our cosmetics are free from parabens, sulphates and are phthalate and talc-free!

All products are formulated and made in Canada.

When a new product is created, our team will swatch the product on a light, neutral, and dark surface. Our color sensor measures the average Pantone color between all three of the color swatches. This gives our product photos the best representation of the product's color that might not be easily visible from the outside container.

All of our product photos are visual estimates of the product's final color. This difference in settings for color, hue, saturation, brightness and other calibrations may vary on individual devices and screens when you're viewing the product online.

Yes, all of our Beauty Boxes are made out of recyclable material.
